Below are a few bullets about PGP/PP:
- Physical PGP prices are down to 41.5cpp from 48.25cpp two weeks ago. Spot physical PGP prices reached a high of 50.5cpp on November 8th before falling significantly.
- BlueClover is revising our November contract PGP estimate to 46cpp which is an increase of 3cpp from October PGP (BlueClover’s previous Nov contract PGP estimate was 43cpp).
- BlueClover is keeping our December contract PGP estimate at 39cpp as we expect physical PGP pricing to fall into the 35-40cpp range in December.
- PP supply opportunities have been steadily increasing and demand remains subdued as buyers are hopeful for end of year discounts.
